We feel it in the “air”. We speak of it in our communities. We experience it deep in our bones. It is palpable. The times they are a-changin’.
And I know each of you is addressing these changes in your own way, using the tools from your toolkit, searching for the answer, and going deeper. More than ever, supporting each other is important, going within is important, taking care of our bodies is important, listening to our souls and remembering who we are is of the utmost importance.
The times they are a-changin, cuz’ it is easy to notice that the vocabulary used in spiritual circles, ceremonies, workshops, yoga classes, etc. has permeated the media and Hollywood as well as the family dinner tables. Conversations about energy, vibration, frequency, the matrix, ascension and Consciousness are becoming mainstream… well almost :). And I am elated to know that my language is now being shared and understood far and wide.
When I say Love is the Answer, you know what I mean, in a deep and real way.
I do not want to negate the fact that navigating today’s society can be difficult with the divisive politics, the environmental catastrophes, the socio-economic injustice, the racial and gender inequalities to name a few. There is much to do in this world personally and collectively. We are being called to show up and make a difference in our communities and in the world. The times they are a-changin’ every time we speak our Truth for ourselves and for others.
It may feel we are straddling two worlds that seem opposite, and yet when we go deep within, in the stillness, something emerges. In the softness of ourselves, self-love and compassion can grow. And from that place we can feel our Divinity, our Soul beckoning us to Remember the Truth of who we are. Shining our Truth, our Light, our Love is the only way to reconcile our humanity and our divinity.
And so my friends, will you answer to this beckoning and be the change you want to see in the world, cuz the times they are a-changin’!!
