We invite you to join us in celebration of Beltane, the beginning of the Summer Season, honoring the fertility and awakening of Gaia and our Hearts, We will honor this time with Ceremonial Cacao~ Divine Nourishment for The Mind, Body and Spirit! While this event will not be held on the exact dates of Beltane, the energies of this time will still be with us. To make this event even more Sacred, it will be held in the Sacred Space of our Teepee.
Beltane celebrates the beginning of the summer season and the abundance of Mother Earth. Represented by the Horned God and the Fertile Goddess, Beltane ignites our human potency and virility. Our ancestors relied on the earth for survival and every year at this time they honored the Earth with ritual to ensure the fertility of the newly-planted crops. Beltane helps us understand and sync up with the natural ebb and change of nature and the seasons, an ancient knowledge lost in our modern world..
Cacao, chocolate in its purest form, is a plant medicine that has been revered and used by the Mayans for centuries both by the Shamans and people in their everyday lives. An Indigenous Mayan myth tells us that whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, Cacao comes out from the rainforest to open people’s hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony. Now is the time!
A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transformational shift you are working towards. Cacao is a facilitator and will invite you rather than push you on a spiritual journey. Ceremonial Cacao will open your heart in amazing ways and that is why it has been known in our popular culture as the food for lovers.
Upon bestowing our gratitude and setting our intentions, we will partake of this sacred drink. You will be guided through a wondrous visualization, chanting, guided soul journey and more to support your inner
