Awakening the Goddess: Celebrating Spring Through Art, Herbs, the 5-Rhythms, and Ceremony with Ashley Litecky Elenbaas and Christel Libiot 
Get your sap flowing and awaken the energy of Spring. Across the world women have celebrated the transition from winter to spring with ritual, dance, art, and adornment. In this half day workshop soak your feet in herbal waters, treat yourself to a honey facial, and drink ceremonial cacao. After loving up our bodies we will dance to Gabrielle Roth’s 5-Rhythms and feel the movement of earth, air, fire, water, and space in our bodies. Our circle will close with the creation of a visionboard, or manifestation collage, to call your next phase of your being into action through images pasted artistically onto a canvas.

Ashley Litecky Elenbaas is a registered clinical herbalist, yoga instructor, and co-owner of Sky House Yoga. Ashley has facilitated womens circles and retreats for over 10 years.
Christel Libiot is a Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Reiki Master, Certified Life and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Modern Wisdom/Modern Day Priestess Practitioner with the Institute of Modern Wisdom.
